Meet LJ
Paths to Sephiroth is where LJ shares spiritual insights and guidance. In Kabbalah, the Sefirot are the ten emanations of the divine on the Tree of Life, each representing a step in the unfolding of the unknowable.

LJ (they/them) is a queer, Korean adoptee-Jewish-American astrologer, harm reductionist, medical anthropologist, and community herbalist. Once feeling deeply disconnected and lost, they have remembered and nurtured themself through spirit, mentorship, and community, reorienting their life towards connection and alignment.
​
Their path has been shaped by esoteric studies, spiritual practices, and community support, exploring personal recovery and growth. LJ’s guidance comes from philosophies, techniques, and plant allies that have helped them along their own journey. Forever a seeker, they experience continuous breakthroughs, moving towards greater compassion, liberation, and self-understanding. Whenever they move closer to their center and practice Right Relationship with the plant, planetary and spiritual world, they're more able to serve self and society with expansive, heart-centered, compassion.

LJ applies spiritual tools like Hellenistic astrology, vitalist herbalism, tarot, human design, Buddhist philosophy, feng shui and ancestor veneration in their practice. With a background in medical anthropology, their consultations consider both the socio-political and energetic determinants of health. They believe that the greatest gift is to share what has been given, helping others on their path to transformation.
